What a wonderful beach bar to visit in Penang! They have a great beach view on the night, and a wonderful chilled vibe to relax and have fun. Definitely must have a seat on the beach and have a drink to relax.
They also have multiple fire shows thought out the night on weekend. It was a rainy night when we visited here, so the show started at 9pm after the rain stopped, and the next show at 10.30pm.
We were satisfied with the service as they were all friendly and helpful. But, i got to say they didn’t have the best food in Penang, the taste of their foods were all so so only lah. Anyway, the beach view and fire show were their best selling points for us to visit here.
One of the best experiences in Penang. Greeted by a friendly and warm staff - Hakim and every waiter we had were really accommodating and nice. Food was huge in portion with reasonable price.
Really enjoyed the live performance by the 2 lovely musicians who accommodated our song request 😊
We were about to leave and the staff asked us to stay for the fire/light show performance which was so unique and fantastic !

Unfortunately it took 1hr for the mix grill to arrive after some probing by the waiter/ waitress at the kitchen due to some mix up. Tx anyway for the effort by staff to find our dish as we soak in the atmosphere.
Oh ya, pls protect the poor coconut plantlets (eg ring them with stakes+ screen) so they can grow big & provide more shade to enhance d natural atmosphere here.
My most fave beach in Penang since decades ago. The staff are so kind, I always welcomed by their PR staff, Mr Hakim. You can always chill by the beach any time any hour it's super chilling I love the open ambience. Look at me I get free coconut for free it's free from them as an appreciation to loyal guest. The Laguna Beach Bar is by the beach of the Rainbow Paradise Hotel. You can either sit by the bar (inside) or on the beach (outside). The staffs are very friendly here, and even offered to take pictures for us without us asking. The food is pricey, but they are delicious. The seafood spaghetti, mushroom soup, and fish and chips are good. The portion is very big, especially the fish and chips! There is also a live music band to stir up the atmosphere. Relaxing and fun place to chill at.

The food is okay, coz we are the one choose it. The diverse menu catered to a variety of tastes, and the highlight : bartenders skillfully crafted cocktails that added an extra flair to the celebration.
One of the standout features was the flexibility of the venue. Whether you wanted to dance the night away on the spacious sandy dance floor or enjoy a more intimate conversation in one of the cozy lounge areas at the back of our registration, Laguna Bay Bar offered the ideal space for every mood.
The management's attention to detail was evident throughout the night. Lighting, sound, and overall event coordination were flawlessly executed, contributing to the overall success of our Teleperformance Year End Party.

We loved everything about this place. Good vibes, nice service and tasty drinks. Hakim was so helpful and kind. He explained the menu to us because we were asking for nonalcoholic cocktails. Thanks a lot we will come again for sure 💛
I liked the service, fast and polite. The food is delicious. However the tables and seats are on a very sloppy beach, not very comfortable.
